Khoa D. Do has broad experience in corporate and securities representation and business counseling of emerging growth, privately held, and publicly traded companies, as well as venture capital and private equity firms. Mr. Do concentrates on mergers and acquisitions and private and public securities offerings. His clients are corporations from a wide range of industries including semiconductor, wireless and mobile, information technologies, software, life sciences, and entertainment.

Mr. Do also represents several Asian companies and entrepreneurs, with a particular interest in Vietnam. Mr. Do speaks fluent Vietnamese and works extensively with Vietnamese state-owned enterprises, venture capital and private equity funds, and US corporations doing business in Vietnam.

Mr. Do joined DLA Piper from Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he was one of the founding partners of the firm’s Palo Alto office and Chair of the Silicon Valley corporate and securities group. He previously practiced at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto.
