Brian Parker

Mr. Parker is the West Coast Head of Software and Internet Investment Banking for Needham and Co. He was most recently Senior Director, Finance and IR of iPass, a provider of secure connectivity. Prior to that Mr. Parker was an investment banker for more than six years. Most recently, he was a Vice President in Corporate Finance for SG Cowen Securities in San Francisco, CA where he was responsible for west coast software and infrastructure. Prior to SG Cowen he was a senior associate with Merrill Lynch in Palo Alto, CA. Mr. Parker started his career in New York at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling where he was an associate on the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance teams. Mr. Parker holds a Juris Doctor degree from the NYU School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics (PEIS) from the University of California at Berkeley.)
