TAN May MNE - Jonathan Porter - "Aircraft Assembly in Ghana"
Brief description
You are cordially invited to spend an enjoyable evening with Jonathan Porter, founder and manager of WAASPS, discussing the opportunities for aviation in West Africa.
The operator of Ghana's first light aircraft assembly, training and airwork facility will be coming to San Jose over the Memorial Day weekend. This facility is called WAASPS, and its goal is to bring affordable aviation solutions to the heart of the people and places where it can make a difference. The aircraft are equipped for multi-role operations and tropical conditions, thus providing cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of agriculturalists, medical facilities, international and government agencies, and commercial organizations. Additional information can be found at: http://www.waasps.com/index.htm.
We'll meet on Saturday, 24th May 2008 starting at 5 p.m in a private house in west San Jose, with hors d'oeuvres, and we will then hear a presentation from Jonathan and see some pictures of the WAASPS facility and operations. When you register, we'll send you directions - do register early as accommodation is limited to a maximum of 25 attendees! We look forward to seeing you all there.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to attend, please respond by May 19 so we have an accurate tally of the attendees. Thanks!
